Bad service

I placed an order before 8 am this morning and it was supposed to be delivered between 9 am and 10 am. At 9:49 am the shopper said they are done shopping and handing over my order to the driver. An hour later I haven't received my order and they are not answering the call at their call centre. A very poor service and this is my first and last time using their services.
