Bad customer service from onecart

Was an execellent online shopping app. The last month service is poor, Wollies Centurion mall seach function do not work. Shoppers do not have direct contact with you anymore. I did report this 3 times. I do mark they need to contact me for substitutes but it is not happening. Overall they service go from excellent to poor and I can not use them anymore. Hope they look into this matter.
