Bad customer service

I'd give zero stars if it was possible. My husband received a notification that our order was on the way, we tracked it and the driver just parked by a salon few streets away from us for atleast 10 minutes. There's no way to contact the driver like other delivery services. After a while we got a notification that our order was sent back to the sender. This was yesterday morning, we haven't received our parcel or refund.
