Bad customer service

I purchased goods on the 25th of july 2024. I received one item I didnt order and am missing 1 item from my cart. The number linked to One Cart no longer exists and the customer care number for WhatsApp has lack of response. All you get is a message with working hours and a consultant will be with you shortly. Have been waiting for a consultant since yesterday.
