Bad customer service

I bought from one cart using my address the payment went through without any problem after few minutes I received a call from one cart saying they won't be able to deliver at my place because us high risk area but they were delivering all along then I asked them for my refund as they have canceled my order even now they struggling to refund my money into my account I am so disappointed with their service and I need my money .bad service I ever received
