Bad costumer car and zero compliance to the rules.Never received my refund

I have placed an order on 12 February 2025 order no ***1,part of my order there was 2,7kg drumsticks for R159,95 and the drumsticks were out of stock,the shopper suggested to me the 1,5kg drumsticks for R104 as a substitute and i agreed,but the shopper did not edit the order invoice to enter the 1,5kg as substitute therefore i was charged R159 for 1,5kg as he marked it as product found.as soon as my order arrived i have wrote to onecart to let them know of this i sent them pictures and to request my change,theyl first person to help me promised to fix it and that i will receive my change R55. I have never received my money and everyday when i write emails and call they keep on saying they will get back to me but nobody does and my money is still not sent...

This is bad and inconveniencing us as costumers which then chases us away.
