Bad bad news onecart
Delivered less than half of my order but deducted the full amount of money. Owe me more than R1000 and do not respond to mails or calls. Do never use them

That money is in your OneCart wallet and with our new refund process, you can transfer that money to your bank account from your app. The money was automatically refunded back to your OneCart wallet on the day of the order when the shopper marked all of those products as out of stock. Apologies for any inconvenience/stress caused by this experience. Take care and thank you for your feedback.
