Awefull service and customer after care

Worst service and after care ever experienced Saturday 15th June 24 I placed a order with One Cart I dont usually use this service but just required something from either Dischem or Clicks. I opted Dischem and my purchase was successful with payment .but by delivery schedulle time it hadn't arrived and upon checking I noticed it was cancellable. Because I needed it so badly I then ordered from Clicks N1 who in turn accepted and I waited and waited .the app indicated that purchase was delivered. I in turn called Clicks N1 City who responded it has nothing to do with them i need to call One Cart .I called and later opted to do the whatsapp The service consultant reverted back that the driver has dropped it and that was it. I'm very upset with this incident as I then later went to the Pharmacy and purchased the items . I'm.R300 less in my bank account thanks to One Cart and terrible customer service and after Care.NEVER AGAIN .
