Appalling Service

Very disappointed in the service, they send the wrong orders and then when you complain they all so sorry and blah blah, but they quick to fetch the incorrect stuff but they never send your stuff back. So be very weary of ordering from them as you don't get your products or your money back and no one bothers to follow up. What's worse is this is not the first time this has happened to me and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Its rather sad as when they first started out they prided themselves in what they do. They have now lost a very loyal customer.
