Appalling service

Im actually shocked you people are still operating.. i ordered something in the week was to be delivered 5pm.. my order came at 7:30, the driver advised he ran out of petrol and his bike broke down but the head office couldnt get hold of him in this timw and he made a note on the system at 5pm to say its been delivered. To add to this he sends me a what'sapp message asking if he can wait inside my house while he waits on assistance with his bike.. would seem fibe to everyone but not when he came to deliver his eyes couldnt come off my 5year old daughter standing at the door and not paying any attention to me who needs to take the goods.. then i thought okay im alone with my kids today i vant go to the store with them let me try and order.. i placed an order before 12.. my delivery time was 2pm i called the head office at 3 and im told the driver didnt collect my order from the store. WTH would you give a delivery time when you know all good and well you cannot meet the arranged time.. the attitude of staff and drivers are appalling.. as long as the things get delivered we shouldnt complain i think today proved to me why i should NEVER use this disgusting service again. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience.
