Abusive customer

Good Hellopeter, I have a big issue with Onecart supervisor, her name is Boitumelo Moakamedi at the Grove Mall. When we order online via onecart at woolworths the manager take our information and send our husband nude pictures. I did report this matter but they never give me feedback and contact me back .I did send them several emails it seems like they promote what is happening. Please help me to resolve this matter.
