A joke of a customer service.

I placed an order order of R1427. 61 last Wednesday 3/6/20, delivery for the Thursday 3/6/20 between 2pm - 3pm, the Thursday only the g****s was delivered out of the whole order, I've been sending emails and trying to get into contact with their sk called customer service for the past week now and till this very day, I have not yet received any communication back from them via phone or email.I have been calling and calling, yet to no avail to get to speak to someone the phones are saying forvwre busy and when it reaches over 39 minutes the call custs and then kbmne have to call again. I am spending more money trying to get my own hard worked money back and especially in this time of Covid-19, money isn't just laying around. I just want my order canceled and my money refunded back to me. This is a poor and appalling service to say the least and to think it was the 1st time ever using this service as it was recommended by a friend of mine. NEC ver ever will I use or recommend One cart to anyone ever.. It's a joke of a service.
