ONEBOX UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER *****

I noticed on my Bank account of a Debit order going through now for some time. Contacted them this morning as I never joined at all. This is for an amount of R72-00. I am a pensioner and will never join something like this. This is ****************. I haven't even got my own email address. Where do they get information from to just do a Debit order? Very strange
