ONEBOX debit order *****

This company takes money from bank accounts by unauthorized debit orders. My account show ONEBOX EM-*** as reference. ***** department at the bank says they are investigating the matter because hundreds/thousands of account has these unauthorized debit order on them and they have no idea of how it happens.
