What free voucher?

An email was sent to you on the 19th of June.

UTTERLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We received a voucher in February this year at your Monateng office after spending two hours listening to your product explanation. The voucher STILL hasn't been authorized.

After numerous emails and calls to Bettie - the ONLY correspondence at the Monateng office - she makes promises but doesnt deliver.

What is being done?!

Talk about false advertising and luring people with the promise of a free holiday.

If this is the service just to authorise a voucher how is the service going to be for actually being part of the product?

Thank you for your enquiry, the contents of which have been noted.

Kindly call our head office on ***. Ask to be put through to One Year Gift. Apologies for the delay on receiving your free voucher, but your voucher details have already been loaded on the system. The one year gift consultant should be able to pick your details up by providing your ID, cell and or Surname.

The consultant can then assist in registering the voucher or take you through the steps on how to do this online.

We trust you find the above in order.

I have spoken to the One Year Gift Office numerous times as well. Angelique has been helpful but is also waiting for the authorization from the Monateng office. It has been 5 months! The longer we wait for your office to do their job the less change we have of booking at a resort of our choice for the time we want. And Again, why should I phone you!?! Bad customer service!! Why can't one of your consultants phone me!?
