Unhappy client

I was invited for a presentation by a consultant called Cindy and this is the third time I have been attending these presentations and I always get a free accommodation voucher and I have been receiving mid week vouchers which makes it hard for me to even visit their resorts as I will be at work and we get our leave in December not during the year and in December you cannot get any accommodation, my query is that I spoke to Cindy and I explained that I now a weekend away voucher and she agreed even when I went to their company I told the receptionist that I wanted a weekend away voucher to my surprise I got the mid week voucher again and now I am requesting that they change the voucher for me and no one is available to assist me as they say this is a system generated voucher and I believe this is nit true
