UNABLE TO REDEEM VOUCHER!!!!! NO FEEDBACK GIVEN

I recently attended a presentation and was promised a 5 day holiday voucher. i followed the steps as advised and i am still unable to book the holiday. Every date entered is invalid!!!!! How!!!? i have gone as far forward as 2017 and still nothing!!! is this ****. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME REDEEM MY VOUCHER!!!
