Oneyeargift, they invited us, me and my husband to a 45 minutes presentation, advising that they will give us a holiday voucher..... we went and yes we received a holiday voucher, registered as advised..... now that we have decided when to use the voucher we tried to go online and login to make bookings, an error occurred saying incorrect username or password, the is an option to click on forgot password, we clicked there , then we've been prompted to to type in our email address, we did and another error occurred saying email address does not exist, but that is the email address we registered with, then we tried to register again than an error occurred saying the voucher has been redeemed..... the is no contact details provided to contact them but the is an option for send an email, we have been sending email and have not been receiving any replies.....WHY DO they play with people promising them vouchers than voucher does not work, after registering we were able to log in and read the terms and condition, even saw the resort being offered and how booking is made....... ONEYEARGIFT IS a ****, THEY ARE ******** PEOPLE......
