Refundable booking fee was NOT refunded

Hi all. Both my husbamd ans brother were invited into Lpa officers to recieve vouchers. We were abke to book online and found the system easy and user friendly. Payment was made and receiots received.

It was conformed that the booking fee would be refunded withing a few days after we Check in. Not weeks or months, days.

After we checked in on the 19th of September into crystal springs resort i assumed the process to be refunded would take place but this wasnt the case.

The resort and exoerience wasnt too bad and we found that theres either couples only programs or kids only programs, nothjmg for the entire family. Not the spar, drives or club was for the entire family. The games room allowed us to all be together but alot of equipment was out of order. None the less for a free holiday we cant complain and the staff was superb.

Anyway after checking out on the 13th i emailed cherice at one year gift ro conform that 2 redunds needed to be processed and ffg up on an eta, she was extremely rude in her blatant response to say the orocess will start tomorrow etc i thereafter emphasized i only ffgd uo as they indicated that it would take only a few days after checking in.

Since then, still no refumd. Simply was advised that cherice cannot assist me further as she does not work in accounts, why then entertain my emails if its not your deoartment, rather she should have forwarded my email to the correct deoartment for them to resoond or forward me there details.

Well still no luck since then, dont know when and if il receive the 2 refunds back(my husband and brothers) but hopefully thryll be so kind as to actually get someone in the accounts to contact me.

Overall there service isnt bad and you do score a holiday, id say go for ot just hound them for the redundable booking fee, i mean im hounding and still havent received it, i even forwarded them proof of our check out slips that confirm we left the units as we found them, our voucher details and p.o.p info but nothing. so imagine what they do to people who dont follow up.

Anyway i will post again to confirm if i receive the refund back and how long it took so people out there can be prepared for the wait. I know i definitely wasnt
