R500 refundable deposit.

I have had free valid holidays with the company and I'm excited but recently they made me pay R500 deposit when I went for a holiday which was promised to be refundable after the stay but it was not refunded into the account. The resort said the refund will come from oneyeargift but nothing happened afterwards. I don't know how to reach them so they can refund. It is about 2 months now.
