One year gift **** and ******

My partner was called from Mountamanzi at Haartebees to come along with his partner to collect the voucher for a holiday apparently when we got the the was no voucher that was given to us instead they asked us to fill our personal details and signatures of which we did and we were told that we will be sent a link with the voucher number and reference for us to be able to proceed with registering in order for us to be able to book a holiday and choose a date after seven from getting the SMS,To my surprise I allow 7 days to pass so that I can start the registration but every time when I register I get the error message saying that the voucher number does not exist, I called one year gift but was told that the lady who works with the registrations is on lunch....... This people are ****** and they have all our personal details ,They must be called to order because they market their resorts with us
