One Year Gift is a ****

I have 2 vouchers from them and have tried on numerous occassions to make a booking, with no results!!! I have spoken to a lady Michelle Masugu who assured me that if I call her at the beginning of July, she would help me. I am about to lose both vouchers!!! This lady does not answer calls, emails or anything else. There is never any accommodation availability-so why issue people with vouchers? This must be a ****!
