Obeyeargift ********* behaviour

Last year I was contacted on numerous occasions by Oneyeargift to attend one of their sessions and was promised a holiday voucher. Due to my partner's work schedule it took about 5 weeks before we were able to go. After attending the session I received the voucher and when I tried to make a booking I was told that as I had received a voucher the previoys year that I cannot use this voucher for this year. Now my question is why did they pursue me on numerous occasions untill we attended only to be told we did not qualify. All my details are on their system as they told me. I emailed them regarding this but they were not interested in helping me at all. They made me feel as if I was the culprit and not them. So I am highly upset about their whole attitude towards us in this matter and feel they were highly ********* in the way they operate.
