No Assistance, No availability, EVER

Last year March I received a call from One Year Gift that I have a family holiday voucher for a midweek stay at one of their resorts. I have been tey to book or find a date since April 2020 and I haven't been able to find available months. At first I assumed it was due to the lock down but even after the country was open, still nothing. I've sent emails that have gone unanswered. I'm unable to get through to them on any line.
