No assistance and rude staff

Been trying to book online since October this year, the only available dates are march 2020 which is in the past, no dates at all for Feb-Nov 2021, been checking everyday, sent an email to their office and a rude lady by the name of Rebekah ref8ses to assist or even advise the way forward. This is really pathetic. How can they not assist or advise what to do.
