Miss representation and bad customer service. ***** all round!

I received a guest certificate from OYG. I then realised a week before the check in date that I will no longer be available to take up the voucher. I called in and requested a transfer of the gift certificate to my mother but the consultant refused and said it cannot be done. I asked her where in the terms and conditions it states that and she rep**** "Please bear in mind that we did do this manually so the terms and conditions does not count on the confirmation letter to assist with the booking for you, the terms and conditions remains the same as you accepted it on the voucher website, it will not change." Instead on the terms on condition of the certificate it states "5. In the event that the Member wishes to transfer usage of this confirmed booking to another person, then and in such an event, the Member must obtain a Guest Certificate from VRS, failing which access to the Resort will be denied." I cannot find anywhere, even on the website where it says I CANNOT transfer to someone else. As usual OYG tricking people and never keep their promises. I have to forfeit the voucher just because I cannot transfer it or I cannot attend. Will never recommend anyone to use this service. #***** #********
