I was contacted by Shaun on thursday 15/9/2016 to "resolve" my problem and he was going to contact me back by friday 16/9/2016. Never happened!!!!

So, i went and did my research according to The South African Consumer Protection Act, No 68 of 2008

3) RIGHT TO FAIR AND HONEST DEALING

a) RIGHT TO ASSUME THAT SUPPLIERS ARE ENTITLED TO SELL GOODS

It is a consumer’s right to assume that the supplier have the Legal right to sell the products and goods on promotion by the supplier or that the lessor have the authority to lease goods or products.
b) RIGHT TO PROTECTION AGAINST PYRAMID AND RELATED SCHEMES.

Persons are not permitted to join, promote or participate in the following schemes:

Any ********** schemes or ****s.
Chain letter schemes.
Multiplication schemes offering interest rates of 20% above the Reserve Bank repo rate.
Pyramid schemes, receiving compensation from recruitment of other participants.
c) RIGHT TO PROTECTION AGAINST FALSE, MISLEADING OR DECEPTIVE REPRESENTATIONS.

Suppliers are not permitted to provide false, deceptive or misleading representations regarding services and products.
It is not permitted to use innuendo, ambiguity or exaggeration when referring to products or the benefits thereof.

I want this issue resolved today because my next step is to actually contact the consumer board and lay my complaint against LPA.

Good morning Mrs Matthyser,

An email will be sent to you with what OYG has available. As we understand it, you want to confirm a booking using your free voucher for 2017. 2017 availability has not been loaded yet. You will be contacted once it has been loaded, however, so you can confirm your free booking, should you not be interested in anything for 2016.

Kind regards

I explained to Shaun that i was told by the consultant Chris that i can go to ANY of your resorts for this holiday. On OYG, it only gives me an option to go to the resorts in the cape.

I have no interest to go to the cape for a weekend. I want to go to the St Michaels resort in KZN. I also cant even try and book anything for 2016 because it keeps on showing "No results"

I think that while I have to wait for 2017 to try and make a booking, I will just bring this matter under the consumer board's attention, so that they are aware of it should you delay this problem, just to say in a couple months that it's too late to complain and in that way, you covered yourselves.

I am also waiting for the email you will send.
