Free voucher ****

<p>i must say i am not happy with you guys have read about the negative things people have posted on hello peter , i myself work for the consumer ombudsman and what you guys are doing is not fair .i was called early february 2017 by malvern that advised me i won a free holiday voucher , i in return said nothing is for free , he promised me that it is and all i had to do was come with my partner to collect it at there bryanston branch i arranged and later a amanda lady called me and sent an sms with directions , we went and sat there listenerd for a half and hour , and completed forms they gave us the voucher and asked to go onto the oneyear gift site and activate the voucher i did that , after failing to find any availability i called their offices and spoke to amanda again she got anthony to call me on the 14/03/2017 and he promised that by 10am on the 15/3/2017 he would sort this matter out , i called at 12pm on the 15/03/2017 after receiving no call from him , they advised me to call back , i sent amanda an sms and said u guys have no feedback i am going to take this matter further as i work for the ombudsman , she called me and advised that i should not threathen her instead i should call the sponsors about this ,i just want what was promised to me as i think its fair if not i am going to make this public because i am no fool and i wont allow other people to experience this !!!</p>
