Experience OYG is great , perhaps the awaited "No Refund" made do this review :)

I personally have nothing but a good review on my experience, The time and the petrol it took from me to getting the voucher was worth it in the end..

was so easy booking a resort on the OYG site simple and easy no issues, i booked into Sudwala Lodge even made an error on my Booking choosing the wrong unit but the amazingly helpful Angelique manage to sort that out and onwards I went, had the best moments in Sudwala checking in i contacted Angelique via email so she was aware i have arrived and same thing when i departed..

The Only problem i had since then was the R 500.00 refund (for occupying the unit) which was not refunded to me from the 06/08/18 which was my checking out date..... Ive tried emailing and following up numerous times but sadly have not gotten any feedback except for the 07/08/18 which reply was "will follow up with accounts" and that was it till today no feedback follow up nothing ... i called the correspondence department and there was asked to provide Proof of payment???? shocking question because when i was booking the lodge the system automatically goes into payment section whereby you are required to enter banking details ??? so were there's going to be POP .. None the less i went into my banking and searched for the payment of R 500.00 made on the date to Uni Point Reservation and forwarded it to Angelique in hopes that with that they may pick up the payment and process the refund...

But once again my experience was awesome and i thank the One Year Gift Team they too are awesome, and so too is the Amazing Holiday at Sudwala Lodge
