Empty promises

In September 2016, VRS contacted me to collect a one year gift voucher and my late son and I travelled very far to collect the lousy gift which never happened because we could not book. One year later in October 2017, they contacted me again and promised that this time it will work out. I travelled more than 200km for the appointment. I had to wait ten days before I could book the weekend retreat. Then I learned that the voucher is invalid and no places are available and I have to use it in 2017 only. I sent e-mails and the answer came back that there are no weekend retreat available for me. I want them to pay me R400 for the fuel that I used to go to the appointments. They also have to remove my name from their data base.
