Disappointed

We used to be able to get availability and good service from the benefits of the vouchers even though we are members of the club. Now this have become impossible and the "free holiday " feels like a ****. Can someone please explain this to me huh. I could air all the dirty laundry but I rather have someone contact me and assist me before I blow my mind
