Complaint very bad service

Hi I am so disgusted with one year gift I got a holiday voucher from them last year.

Up to know I can still not book a holiday as it keeps on telling me no availability for the period selected.

My voucher expires on the 3rd May 2019 I have sent a email to you and still have not received a reply.

I will never recommend anyone to take out a holiday.
