Hi I went to One year Gift last night to collect a fully paid holiday voucher. I did not receive a OTP pin. The receptionist said that because i did not receive the otp pin i do not qualify for the voucher.

My Husband said that it was a waste of our time and our petrol to go there for nothing.

I am so disgusted with the service that we received last night.

We were not shown any of the new resorts that you were advertising they just spoke to us about Crystal Springs.
