Booking holiday

Hi I am so disgusted in the one year gift i got a voucher last year and know i am trying to book my holiday. I am trying to go to the caribbean estates in Port Edward and i keep on getting no available time period i have tried calling one year gift and they are not very helpfull. One year gift do not even return your calls .

Can someone please get back to me as my voucher excpires on the 3rd May 2019. I would like to book quite urgently.
