Beware - must be a ****! Protect your Credit Card information!

This company is definitely running some kind of **** - I'm quite worried that they now have my credit card details and may use them **********ly in the future. When they first called me to say that we were nominated by a friend (they had a name of someone we knew - this was the only reason we thought it may be legitimate) to receive a mid-week holiday gift voucher and that we only had to pick it up at their offices, I specifically asked whether I would need to attend a presentation because then I wouldn't be interested. They assured me that no presentation was involved. However, when I went to collect the voucher, they made a scene because I refused to attend their presentation. Under duress, they gave me the voucher. However, it's a year later and I'm still not able to use the voucher. Most of the time there is no accommodation available on their booking website. When accommodation is available, their payment portal for the deposit does not work, so you cannot secure the booking and lose it. I've used their Contact Us form multiple times to report the problem and have never received a response. There is no phone number or email address listed on their website. It's very worrying that one has had to put their credit card details in on the site and then the payment fails and you don't hear back from them. This reeks of a credit card ****! Really shocking that they've been allowed to operate in this way for so long. Someone needs to investigate this.
