Bad service

Service so poor, they call me to come sign for holiday voucher when I arrive they say they will send voucher no.,which their did after a day now im trying to redeem the voucher and it's invalid the worse things, I write the email to them they say the will attend my matter within 48 working days. I have been waiting for them for more than 3 weeks
