Bad customer service

I was contacted by a lady called Vuvu from one year gift. She explained about the gift voucher holiday. So I made an appointment to come on Saturday 10am. Unfortunately I was called by my Director that I need to attend a workshop on his behalf, because he won’t be available. I communicated to VuVu on her WhatsApp *** to reschedule the appointment. This lady just insulted me and blocked me. She was so unprofessional, she was very rude and sounded so desperate. Now I feel like this company it’s a ****. They can’t be trusted. Unprofessional consultants. ****MERS
