Wonderful customer service

Abdul Parker has been the point of contact for my visa. He was thorough in explaining the process to me, and made the effort to ensure that I had all the correct documents for my application to be successful. We did our initial talk over video as it was during lockdown. He continued to maintain regular contact while my documents were being processed. He also ensured that I received my documentation promptly.
