Not only did he clearly explain the requirements but also took the time to meet with the employer on my behalf to ensure that the process was streamlined and as efficient as possible. I was constantly updated and informed where the application process was and he and the business went out of their way to ensure time frames/deadlines were met even when external factors played a part they did not let thus affect me or my application process.
