Exceptional Service and Professionalism

In 20 years in SA I have never had a better or more efficient Service. I found OVW on the Internet, called and scheduled an appointment for the next Morning, to be received by Nadia who produced all the forms to obtain required document. The timeframe promised was acceptable to me and thereafter came the surprise. In the interim I received progress reports and then much to my surprise two days before the promised completion date I was contacted and informed the Document was ready was Delivery. Do yourself a favor, contact these folks for assistance. I tried going thru the respective Government Office and was advised my Document would take between three to four months; basically OVW produced the same Document in one week. Go figure!!
