Kwik Spar in Victoria embnkmnt, Dbn

I went to Kwik Spar yesterday 13/09/205 to buy some stuff, l spend more than R900 on Goods that l bought. I entered the shop at about 12h00 and l went out at 12h25,to my surprise and shock, l found that my car was clamped ,when l ask the reason, why my car was clamped, the security guard told me that, they clamp my car because I spend more than ten minutes inside the shop, they abuse me asking me to pay the fine of R250, l then paid the R250 and I ask for the receipt, they gave it to me. I want to ask the owners of Kwik Spar in Victoria embnkmnt if is this the way of how they are treating their customers and l demand them to pay back my R250, l am available on ***.
