Had an installation done on an existing DStv PVR upgrade. Installer only changed the LNB and decoder. Left the new dish for me as a "spare". After installing new decoder suddenly nothing worked anymore. After using my phone and spending 45 min on the line with DStv installers left telling me that DStv should sort it out. Called them the next day complaining that TV still doesn't work. Got told by extremely arrogant staff it's my problem and I need to sort out with DStv. Three days later and R750 phone bill eventually paid another installer R450 to come and fix the problem. Won't recommend them to anyone else.
