False Communitions from One to One

<p>On the 16 November 2016 i requested my one2one contract to be cancelled,I phoned them to request my number to be put back on pre paid. My number hasn't been working since. I have called Foschini several times to find out what is happening. All I want is my number back ,and it is my right . I have been using their one2one service from 2015. They give me false information, they told me they are having issues with MTN i must wait 48 hours . I have done so at 2 different Mtn outlets,both told me that I still have a contract with foschini. I phoned again on 16 February 2017 , I was told to wait 1 more month till 17 March 2017. I did that and I am still waiting. If I was owing them, they wouldn't mind calling me everyday but now that I need service im not getting it. I am beyond fed up. I WANT MY NUMBER BAC****!! I have given them alternative number but no one is using it to contact me .</p>
