complaint

Good day ive changed from cell c to mtn but know is 11 days that im waiting for phone to be activating. everytime that im phoning diiferent story. I need my phone urgent as in asap because ive got children in school cant reach me neither my family. they must changed it back to cell c because ive never got problems with cell c number thats not working ***. please i need an answer asap thank you elmarie ludik ***
