Took my money

On the 20th August 2015 I phoned a Auto Electrician comp in Alberton to have a look at my sons car as the computer box blew.They told me to tow the car to them and gave me One time towing's number to tow the car. I phoned them and Len came out to tow the car. He told me the company I want him to tow the car to is Mechanics and not Auto Electricians and he know of a Auto Electrician that can fix the car for half the price. He took the car and phoned me telling me the AE needs 50% of the money before he can start the job. I TRF it into his account and he was going to pay the A E. He then promised us the car would be ready in a week. After a week we phoned him and he refused to tell us where the car was or give us the AE number. We waited another week as he promised us the car will be ready. Still nothing he then rejected my calls and sms's. on Tuesday the 8th Of September I sms him if he didn't give me the add.where the car was I was going to open a theft case against him. He told me he will meet me the next morning at 9am at my house and take me to the car. he just sms address. We found car. He took my money and told AE I must pay. Biil is R12 000 now. and he kept my money.
