No information on parcel

MMy parcel was send from London to South Africa.. Thet let me know i must pay. I went and pay then i had to pay again and again. Now today i made a final payment. They dont give me feed back on whete my parcel is and there is no answer when i phone them. This is really bad service. All they said is they are waiting for the branch n Cape Town. This is truely not accceptibl. I want my parcel delivered today. I have paid alot of money.
