Terrible and dangerous security service

Terrible service....my brother who lives on the same premises as me got ****** by our driveway gate hit and bruised and with a knife held to his throat with all valuables striped of him... I pressed the panic more than 3 times and no response whilst having from my kitchen window looking at the ******* casually walk on with my brothers belongings if one stop had responded the suspects would've been nabbed in time but almost half an hour and still no response and long wait even though I personally had to call.... Eventually they came and wasn't even interested in searching well.... We then put find my iPhone on my mums phone and tracked them pressed the alarm again and no response... Privately called again and got told someone will come but no one came and was ignored.... We pay for services it's not like we get it for free... One stop is terrible and a disappointment this isn't the first time... we tired of apologies it's peoples lives at stake during the day it's only me at home a women with two small kids and if this is the service we paying for it's katvol
