Poor Service

<p>My name is Mrs Maharaj and my contact number is ********** 616.I am not on email as yet.I signed up with One Stop Security a few weeks ago and I was not satisfied with the service I was receiving from themselves.I was quite frustrated one evening when one of their security officers attended to an alarm at the neighbours house and used my remote and opened my front gate and garage door.I phoned the office to address my concern and a guy by the name of Derrick took my call and I asked to speak to a Manager he told me that there was no one there and he will address my concern in the morning. I shouted at him and put the phone down.I phoned the Director Mr Danny Odayar and he told me he will send a technician out to sight.Then a night Manager pitched up and then Mali came out as well.All of a sudden there were so many people available. I addressed all concerns with Mali and to date I did not even receI've any feedback especially regarding the camera.I called the office yesterday and spoke to a lady by the name of Sharon regarding the board for my back yard and she told me it will be up before close of business yesterday. When I phoned at 5 she says oh they did not come.I cannot handle sarcasm especially from service providersupp****. I told her I am going to the newspaper she said you may go mam.Please help me! I am a very diligent payer and if we pay for a service it must be of a standard.Once they sign you up you are forgotten.The other concern was the unmarked remotes the security guard was moving with and as I said I did not receive any feedback from Mavi.</p>
