We have had a very bad experience with One Stop Mechanical workshop situated in Valhalla Centurion.

With the first car we took in they where very helpful and we received a good and quick service.We have a agricultural business with a lot of vehicles running and because of drivers many vehicles with problems.We decided to send two more vehicles to One Stop Mechanical services.This company does not touch your car without upfront payment so we made the upfront payment for the two vehicles to be fixed.Since the payment was made the only work that has been done is the cars has been stripped and parked and left in the sun to burn.A year later and these cars are in a worse condition than they where when we took them in.We go past their place weekly to check on the progress and all they say is they are waiting for parts.....for a whole year they have been waiting for parts.We even at some point went to buy parts for these vehicles at our own expense after we paid him to get the parts.We took the car parts he needed and still no work has been done to get these cars fixed.It is absolutely unacceptable.These people just don't care.They have been paid for a service they are just not delivering.

What can we do?All we want is to get the cars fixed we paid to get fixed.
