poor service and bad customer service

On Friday 29/2/2016 I bought a lounge suite and they promised to deliver it the same day. After two hours I check if it has been delivered they said it will be delivered tomorrow morning because they're busy with stock taking. Saturday morning I visited the store after 8:00 am and they promised that the next deliver will be mine. Later Saturday when I got home my lounge suite wasn't delivered and no phone call for apology or explanations. On Monday again I was at the store and told them that I need my lounge to be delivered not later than 17:00 29/02/2016. I called the manager and she also promised that it will be delivered. Today is the 1/03/2016 and its not delivered no phone call nothing. I need an explanation and apology and reimbur*****t from the store. Thanks
